Lucille has over 40 years’ experience in international trade as an in-house international trade advisor and has also been called on to assist regulatory bodies (including HMRC & DEFRA) in evaluating and helping to develop new systems (such as the online trade tariff, the advanced tariff ruling system,  IPAFFS etc) and has sat on working groups to facilitate the introduction of new regulations such as IUU (illegal unreported and unregulated fishing).

Her expertise covers tariff classification,  evaluating origin and establishing if preference is applicable , Importation of products of animal origin, general imports and exports and regulatory compliance, post clearance audit checks.

Lucille has over 20 years within the foods industry as well as anther 20 in the tobacco industry.
